Valiah Entertainment

Valiah Entertainment is a film production company with headquarters in New York City with studios in Rome, Italy and office in Los Angeles. Our studios have produced award winning films.

Valiah provides production funding in the form of equity for below the line in partnership with the Italian Government (tax credit program). Cattolica Insurance, a subsidiary of Gruppo Generali and private investors are also part of the program.

The company’s purpose is to invest in films that convey a message to the world, opening space in the market for the most creative minds in the most diverse genres. Valiah believes that storytelling is a powerful way of connecting people and making a difference in the world.

  • CEO

    Noam Baram

    Noam is a film producer and founder of Valiah Entertainment. He has been a real estate entrepreneur based in New York City and completed several high-end international projects. Baram has a Bachelor Degree in business and accounting (CPA) from Baruch College in New York. Noam’s love for films started at a young age. He has produced numerous films, among others "Hannah Can you hear me?", "The Don of 42nd Street"and "I am Woody" which won the New York Film Festival in 2003. Noam's knowledge and relationships in film finance is global and extensive bridging both North America and Europe.

    Augusto Pelliccia

    Augusto Pelliccia (Subiaco, 1964) graduated as Chemical Technician in the Lagrange Institute in Rome, winning scholarships to support educational trips to the United States to deepen his knowledge in chemical competences.

    He was then founder and CEO of two laboratories for the development of photographic films. Due to the closeness of one of the laboratories to the Vatican, he first starts developing the official photos for the Roman curia. He then becomes the official photographer of the Vatican and also works in the personal security crew of the Pope.

    In 2003 he starts working in Augustus Color S.r.l alongside the father Giacomo, then owner. From 2013, he is CEO of Augustus Color S.r.l and head of technological innovation and foreign marketing, development and digital processing for cinema and television.

    Eva Ziggiotto

    Eva Ziggiotto formed as scientist and art restorer. She graduated in University College Dublin magna cum laude having also won, amongst other scholarships, a sponsorship to carry out multi-disciplinary projects in the University of New South Wales (Sydney) and the Jiao Tang University (Shanghai). As Production Assistant, she assists the Producers from pre-production to post- production, maintaining up to date production schedules, assisting at film shoots, and managing project plans and budgets with the guidance and support of the Senior Producer.

    Emerson E. Bruns

    Emerson Bruns is a founding partner of Bruns, Brennan & Berry, an entertainment law firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Mr. Bruns' practice involves all aspects of entertainment law and he specializes in the formation of investment vehicles for the production of independent films, film financing agreements, and provides production counsel legal services. Emerson represents numerous award-winning motion picture and television producers as well as national and international motion picture studios, financiers and distributors.

    Andrada Ilie

    Andrada is graduated in Law in the University of Perugia and in 2018 the license to practice as lawyer, becoming one of the youngest lawyers in Italy. She is owner of two offices in Italy, one in Rome and one in Perugia. She acquired her skills by collaborating on several major film projects, dealing with both the initial phase of negotiations and during the production and then bringing the various projects to completion.

    Randy Miller

    Randy graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo Bachelor of Science – Business Administration and Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Experienced in hedge fund management companies and closely held businesses.

    Tatiana Forese

    Tatiana graduated at the Sapienza University in Rome in 2001 in Oriental Languages. She has then funded the two companies, Tualma Full Service and Amarcord Production, which has also an office in Rome, and finally the cultural association Dar Italia.
    Finally, she has worked in Morocco as Post-Production Intermediate between Italy and Morocco, specializing in coordinating Moroccan film directors and post-production facilities in Italy. Amongst the many movies movies shot In Morocco, Tatiana has worked as Executive Producer “ZZZ” of Cattleya, “The Golden Rule” (La regola d’oro”) from Pumpink Production and “That dirty black bag” from Palomar Productions.

    Ludovico Cantisani

    Ludovico Cantisani was thePupil of master cinematographer Luciano Tovoli, in 2019, aged 17, he produces his first short movie, “Penelopes”, selected in various festivals among Italy and Ireland. This short movie also marks his first collaboration with Augustus Color, a production and post-production company with over 50 years of experience.

    In the last four years, he has covered many roles within the company, starting as an administrative and productive consultant and now also supervising sets, budgets, and schedules. He is an expert of Italian film funds and has spoken in several panels on the topic. He is furthermore a representative of Cinecittà's AIC, the Italian equivalent of the American Society of Cinematographers. In this role, he is in touch with prominent Italian DoPs as well as with technical rentals and acclaimed movie editors.
